About the Author

OT Practice Toolkit is written by an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in adult practice settings, including home health, acute care, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.

This publication was created after witnessing firsthand the challenges clinicians face with documentation, treatment planning, and translating research into everyday practice. OT Practice Toolkit exists to bridge that gap. Supporting clinicians with clearer clinical reasoning, stronger documentation, and more intentional intervention planning rooted in professional standards.
